We want you to love your Loop experience, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your earplugs, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within this period.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and ear tips are included in the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
